Shimmering Elderflower Gin (40% ABV)

The Vibe: Elegant, floral, and delicately sweet. Notes of fresh elderflower blossom paired with crisp juniper botanicals. This product is coloured with Butterfly Pea Flower so it will change colour to a light pink when mixed with tonic or lemon juice, and will stretch out to a blue hue when mixed with soda water.

The Shimmer: Give the bottle a good swirl before pouring to wake up our signature edible glitter!

Serving Suggestion: Mix with soda water or prosecco over ice with a cucumber slice.

Cocktail Idea – Elderflower Gin Fizz: Shake 45ml Elderflower Gin, 15ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup, and 1 egg white without ice, then shake with ice, strain into a glass, and top with soda.

Sizes Available: 500ml, 200ml, and 50ml mini bottles.
